Congratulations! I'm already looking forward to the new t-shirts :-). I'm also curious whether James will have to use Eclipse...

Nobody *has to* use Eclipse at Google. There's a wide variety of IDEs and editors in use here, including Eclipse, IntelliJ, emacs, vim, etc. I don't know about NetBeans, though.
