Java FX Plugin For Eclipse By JBoss - Some Screenshots
It seems like JBoss guys are working on a Java FX plugin for Eclipse. There are some screenshots available. These are actually very good news - competition is always good. Only IntelliJ is lacking Java FX support now. But who knows what happens at JavaONE :-).
It is provided by Exadel.
But why do such a duplicated work of SUN?

Easy: to force Sun to provide even better support for Java FX in Netbeans, what will cause in turn the Exadel guys to improve their support as well. IntelliJ may see this and... :-)

I'm almost certain that I read Sun is creating a JavaFX plugin for Eclipse too and it will be demo'd or released at JavaOne in a few weeks.

The plug-in is being developed by Exadel, not JBoss. You saw it in the JBosss RSS feed (my blog is included there).
@Hantsy: duplicate? All we have seen so far is this: http://kenai.com/projects/eplugin . There is not much there.
@Adam: I would like to see where you read that Sun is working on JavaFX plug-in. The only plug-in I know is from the link I provided above.

But there is one for Eclipse written by Sun... Didn't used it yet.

netbeans jfx plugin works on linux I use it all the time - you only have to install the mac plugin and edit a module meta info.
All media features I tried worked (mp3, and vids) on ubuntu too.
I suppose there will be a announcement for official linux support @ J1:

I talked to JetBrains while at Devoxx about lack of FX support. They didn't seem to know if they should support it or not. They seem to have lost direction.
