The General Session was really general - and I'm a developer / consultant so little bit too general to me... Already looking forward to the technical sessions. :-)
Actually the OpenSolaris demo was really interesting. It seems like the whole installation procedure
was significantly improved. Installation is really important for adoption - I got a CD and will try it (in VM first :-)).
After the installtion demo, some JavaScript code in the mozilla browser was debugged from "outside" using D-trace. This feature
could be interesting for debugging RealWorld AJAX applications.
The user interface comes with some nice 3D effects as well - it looked impressive (similar to Ubuntu). ...the last 20 minutes were really enjoyable.
