Java SE Development Kit 7 (JDK)--Released For Mac OS X

Oracle releases Java SE Development Kit 7 (JDK 1.7u4) for Mac OS X. It is the first official Oracle release for Mac OS X. See Release Notes.

JAVA_HOME can be set by putting the following line into the ~/.profile file:
export JAVA_HOME="/Library/Java/JavaVirtualMachines/1.7.0.jdk/Contents/Home"

NetBeans 7.1.2 was simultaneously released as well. Also Java FX 2.1 is available for Mac and Windows to download.

You should use "JAVA_HOME=`/usr/libexec/java_home`" instead on a Mac and then set the current jdk via "Java".

export JAVA_HOME=$(/usr/libexec/java_home) in .bash_profile is not working for me

Since I updated to JDK7 on my Mac (Mountain Lion), every operation with Glassfish became slow, i.e: start-domain, stop-domain, restart-domain, even list-domains. This is the case from Netbeans and on the command line. On top of that Netbeans 7.3 is behaving weirdly when I use some shortcut like code format (CTRL+SHIFT+F). I get ª symbol added in the editor.

Anything like this?

Yeah real detailed. I know exactly what to do now you fucking retard. Anyone can make things complicated only smart people can make things simple.
